Ripleg SAU offers all necessary subcontracting services in order our customers can achieve their projects from the design to the final product.

3D CATIA V5 design is the first step to mould the project. A good industrial design can make easier the rest of processes as well as reduce costs. In the same way Ripleg SAU takes care of the development and prototyping of the product.

We have available the most advanced machinery for metal sheet mechanization, punch presses CNC, cut by laser, folding machines CNC, MIG-MAG welding, TIG welding, painting and surfaces treatment (zincing, anodizing, electro polishing…).

In addition we have an electrical wiring section with machines prepared to do all kind of electrical assemblies.

Finally, Ripleg SAU has more than 2000 m2 to do electro mechanic assemblies suitable for the sector of Vending machines and Mechatronics.
